Gilbert Vocelle started his real estate career in 1980 at Trans-Canada Shoe, a family shoe retail company which had 180 stores throughout Canada and was their real estate/administration Vice-president for 6 years.

In 1986, Gilbert accepted a responsibility position in operations and leasing of several real estate portfolio mainly shopping centres in Canada and in the USA, for SBI Management Ltd. and Cliffton Group Inc.

From 1991 to 2002, he held the position of Senior Vice-president of SITQ’s Industrial Division and Ivanhoe Cambridge, two international real estate companies.

In 2003, Gilbert decided to offer his professional experience acquired over the last 20 years or so by founding CMV Group with Jim Murdoch to work closely with retailers on their development strategies.
In 2005, he decided to be the sole owner in his company and therefore, pursued his business under the name of Gilbert Vocelle Real Estate Inc.

Gilbert has a Bachelor in Biological Sciences (B.Sc.) from Montreal University as well as a MBA obtained in 1979 from l’École des Hautes Études Commerciales de Montréal. He is also a CPA-CGA member.

Susy Genesse began her career in real estate with SITQ at the end of the 80's. She worked there for twelve years during which she experienced multiple real estate tasks namely occupying the positions of real estate administrator and leasing consultant.
She pursued her career within Caisse Real Estate Arm at Ivanhoe Cambridge as leasing consultant. She then joined First Capital Realty in commercial leasing and was there for three years. She joined the Gilbert Vocelle Real Estate Inc. team in 2009.
Since 2013, she is working actively on the development of Benny & Co. restaurant chain where she has successfully signed 17 sites and 10 of those will open in the next two years. Several other sites are presently under negotiation in the Ottawa area.
Since the beginning of 2016, she has been mandated by Quebecor to work on Videotron Boutiques development program either for corporately owned or for authorized distributors owned. This year, she contributed to the opening of two new sites and to the relocation of two others.
The last year, she represented Second Cup where she signed two sites and a third one is underway.
She also has been mandated by Radio-Canada to act as the link between their real estate director and the outside Quebec brokers and to negotiate new sites in Quebec. Susy contributed to Co-Operators (insurance company - 15 sites) and Herbal Magic (weight loss centre - 8 sites) banners development in Quebec as well as Mr. Lube banner which offers express car lubrication. She also represents other clients such as: Magi-Prix, Entrepôt en Folie and Super Mini-Prix.
Over the years, she has occasionally work with several chains and / or landlords to conclude leasing agreements with Tim Horton, Pacini, A & W and Familiprix.

Diane works at the Real Estate Agency as an administrative assistant.
